I'm a data analyst from Bicester, Oxfordshire and a career changer. I've always been good with problem solving and communication with people and have put this into effect over the last 4 years by learning data analytics for my new role. I'm keen to progress into Business Intelligence Analysis before concentrating on becoming a full Business Analyst and am constantly learning and always will, as this is needed because of the ever changing face of technology. I thrive under pressure and always deliver results.

This is a HR Attrition analysis project, including a dashboard and using Microsoft Excel for data visualization and insights. The steps I took to complete the project Where to firstly clean the raw dataset, then started my analysis.
Open Project! This project used a raw data set from the Stack Overflow survey 2024. The data set was cleaned and restructed using Jupyter Notebook. The next step was then to do the various analysis that needed to be done. This analysis is then backed up with various data visualizations to show the findings from the analysis. The next step was to then create a dashboard using Google workspace to show the findings from the analysis. My final step was to then create a presentation to show the findings from the analysis and dashboard.
